This is one of those times when I feel the less said the better about the record. It is not from disinterest, quite the opposite as this was a very trying time with several losses. These pieces reflect that but are not meant to be dark, or drear in tone. The naming is a bit of a twist in someone’s sobriety.

Trainspotter Territory
The first few tracks on this record borrow from other styles of music (genres). Many say this cannot be done, bugger that and their silly made-up rules. Music is music. This is my record so I will do it my way.
As always, I worked solely in Reason Studios Reason 13. Everything is pure synthesis, with no samples or other silliness. The only exceptions are drums on #2 Goran Grooves “Rock Standard”, and #4 Manda Audio “Power Drums 2”.
Main synths: Europa, Polytone, Thor, Algoritm, Kong. Most effects are stock Reason devices too. This is an early version of what the next day became “Sentinel Meadows”:
